What we did was filmed the song 6 times in different locations and we also filmed some filling shots for the interlude. We played the song from start to finish and i mimed the words in sync with the backing track it was hard because i didn't know the words and the mp3 we where given was way too low so it had to be close to my ears but out of the shot which made things really difficult. When we came to editing we put all of the shots in final cut pro. Mary said it was best to put the close up at the top because its the most used shot in the whole video. After that we marked a word in the song then found the same word in every shot and lined them all up. then we just marked to the beat from there the rest was just a matter of choosing which shot to use for each line of the song.
