Island records do well with UK rap artist they are home to artist like Tinchy Styder and Wiley who have rather successful careers. our artist would have accepted an offer from labels young money or def jam or Konvit but by signing with them he would have to compromise his image and lyrical content and possibly sit on a shelf like UK rapper Sway.
