Filming Day 6 : Base Tracks

So today, it was brought to our attention that we had not really done many base tracks, which was had agreed before that the use of base track is vital and key to a good music video. So we headed off to the canal which was a close location which we had used during filming.

The shots that we had filmed again on the canal were :

• A (few medium close ups) base track with Denzel walking towards the camera whilst reciting the lyrics to his part of the song .Shazray who was the camera man carried use the camera hand held instead of putting it on a stand and moving it in a static fashion. To have got the perfect shot, Shazray and Denzel had to perform a high level of standard (which was like second nature for them) in performance and care for both the camera and outcome of the shot that was filmed.
• We had also got base tracks different angles of Denzel which still shows him reciting the lyrics. We wanted to simply just have different perspectives of the main artist.
